Use AI Predictions

Purpose

Use AI Predictions as an early-warning view for potential upcoming issues, so you can prioritize attention and act proactively.

Steps

1. Open App > AI Predictions.
2. Review the top prediction (highest probability).
3. Use one of the actions (if available):
4. AI Help for AI-generated guidance (cause and remedy)
5. Analysis for historical, data-driven context
6. Ignore to remove a prediction from future suggestions
7. If enabled and permitted, use Create instruction(s) to turn guidance into an instruction.

Best practices

• Use Analysis to validate guidance before escalating.
• Escalate predictions labeled as specialist-only to the appropriate role.
• Avoid ignoring safety-critical issues. Align with your site policy.

Troubleshooting

• The page is empty -> No predictions available for the selected machine/time window -> Switch machine or time range and retry -> Escalate if the machine normally has predictions
