Getting Started Overview

Purpose

Use this section to get from first access to the first successful dashboard view quickly and safely.

New to Harro Digital? Read How to Use It (Improvement Workflow) first to understand what the app is for and how to work with it day to day.

Steps in this section

  1. Connect your device to the correct network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
  2. Open Harro Digital in a supported browser or your organization-provided app.
  3. If your deployment requires sign-in, sign in with your assigned credentials.
  4. Verify you can access the Dashboard and see data for the machine and time range you selected.

What users see

  • A Dashboard view (read-only access may be available without sign-in).
  • Or a sign-in page before access is granted.

Best practices

  • Bookmark the Harro Digital URL if you use browser access.
  • Keep onboarding steps consistent across teams (same URL, same roles, same expectations).
