Installation

Purpose

Get access to Harro Digital so you can sign in and start using the system.

Steps

  1. Get the Harro Digital access details from your organization:
  2. URL (for browser access)
  3. supported device type (PC, tablet, kiosk)
  4. user account credentials
  5. Connect your device to the correct network (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
  6. Open Harro Digital:
  7. Browser access: open a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and navigate to the provided URL.
  8. App access: if your organization provides a dedicated app, open it from your device.
  9. Optional: save the URL as a bookmark for quicker access.

What users see

  • A login page when the system is reachable.
  • An error page if the URL cannot be reached (network-related).

Best practices

  • Use a supported browser version and keep it up to date.
  • Use only organization-provided URLs and installers.
  • If you use shared devices (kiosk/tablet), always sign out after use.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot reach the URL or the app does not load, start at Troubleshooting > Connectivity, then escalate with:

  • device type (PC/tablet/kiosk)
  • network type (Wi-Fi/Ethernet/VPN)
  • the exact error message (or a screenshot, if allowed)
