Connectivity¶
Unable to reach Edge services
Actions time out or data panels fail to load -> Network route blocked or temporary outage -> Verify Wi-Fi/Ethernet/VPN status and retry from a stable network -> Contact your network administrator with region and timestamp
Intermittent latency
Pages load slowly but eventually complete -> Elevated latency or packet loss -> Retry once and reduce concurrent exports during peak usage -> Open a support ticket with latency observations and timestamps
Single widget not refreshing
One widget is stale while others update -> Widget scope or local filter lock mismatch -> Re-apply widget filters and refresh once -> Escalate with widget name and selected filters
Cannot reach the app URL
The app does not load in the browser -> Device is not on the correct network or the URL is blocked -> Connect to the correct Wi-Fi/Ethernet/VPN and retry; try another device on the same network -> Escalate to IT/support with the URL, device type, and timestamp
Browser security warning (certificate)
Browser shows an insecure connection warning -> Self-signed certificate is not trusted on the device -> Install the certificate via Settings > SSL Certificate Settings (or follow IT policy) and restart the browser -> Escalate to IT if device policies block certificate installation
