Export Data

Purpose

Export production data for selected machines and time ranges so you can review results, share reports, or analyze data in external tools.

Steps

1. Open App > Export Data.
2. Select machine(s) and the time range you want to export.
3. Choose a format:
4. XLSX (Excel) for human review
5. CSV for downstream tools (often downloaded as a .zip)
6. Select Download.

• Verify machine and time range before exporting.
• Treat export files as sensitive operational data.

Troubleshooting

• Download does not start -> Browser blocked downloads -> Allow downloads for the site and retry -> Ask IT if policies block downloads
• Export file is empty -> Wrong filters -> Re-export with corrected machine/time selection -> Escalate with the selected machine and time range
